Overall, iFoto.AI reviews reflect a strongly negative sentiment, with significant concerns about billing practices despite positive feedback on product features. Users frequently praise the platform’s intuitive editing tools, such as background removal and photo enhancement, noting their effectiveness for e-commerce and time-saving capabilities. Several customers highlight the simplicity of the interface and the quality of output, especially for batch edits and document conversion. However, the majority of iFoto.AI customer reviews report unauthorized charges following trial signups, with many users claiming they were billed large amounts without clear consent or warning. Complaints also center on a lack of transparency in subscription terms, difficulties obtaining refunds, and unresponsive customer support. While a minority find the technology helpful and reliable, widespread dissatisfaction with payment handling and trustworthiness raises serious questions around 'is iFoto.AI legit.' In summary, despite robust editing features, persistent reports of unauthorized billing and poor support make the overall experience highly problematic for potential users.

I decided to go for the PRO version.

I decided to go for the PRO version. At first, I could edit a few pictures, but then the app suddenly froze. I tried restarting and logging out, but nothing worked. I had plans to make some changes over the weekend, but now I’m left waiting for support until Monday, or who knows how long!
