Waited for more than three weeks
Waited for more than three weeks for my order, however, they apologized and included a complimentary case. They rectified the situation, and that's why I'll stick with them for future business. Not many companies would take such steps to make amends.

Their company seems inconsistent.
Their company seems inconsistent. I ordered from Connecticut, good core size, flat paper, perfect pink mark. Now from Mahwah, NJ. Small cores, can't use whole roll, paper curls. Wish I could choose what I get.

The company got our order to us on time, but the box looked rough and the rolls seemed kinda like they were taken from a storage room floor. The product's okay though, and we'll buy from them again!
