Package never arrived. Initial hiccup
Package never arrived. Initial hiccup with the PO Box issue, corrected it to my home address two weeks ago. Still waiting with no update. Multiple attempts to contact customer service via email and phone, but no response received. Disappointing experience with the lack of communication and unresolved delivery status.

Hey, I've been checking out the store for a while, and I finally decided to get a catrina. When I got it, it looked even nicer than the picture! It came in good shape, and they did a great job with the packing since I know these things are fragile.

The gorgeous white Catrina came from Mexico, packed very well. She looks amazing! I am very glad with my order; I’ve been going to Mexico for over 45 years and really love great Mexican art. She is a wonderful addtion to my dear collection.!

I really enjoy this store! The Catrine’s and Catrina’s here are the best I’ve ever found. I’ve bought from them 6 times now. They have such lovely collections! I hope they add some new types of collector skulls to their range soon!

Hey there, I've been eyeing this store for quite a while, and I finally decided to buy a catrina. When it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. It looked even nicer than it did in the picture! I was a bit worried about it getting damaged during shipping because these items are delicate, but it arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was really good too.
