Enjoy it! The print might not be the absolute best, but that somehow adds to its charm. I'm using it for a journal/gift for my daughter, and I'm thinking of getting another for myself or maybe gifting her one for college. It's super user-friendly, and I can't help but question why other devices are unnecessarily complex. The sticker paper is essential! Overall, pleased with my buy!

My hard-earned money vanished into

My hard-earned money vanished into thin air after an agonizing 6-week wait for an order that never arrived. The company's nonchalant attitude towards lost packages and refusal to issue a refund is downright illegal. Despite numerous emails, they've chosen to bury their heads in the sand for over a week. A nightmare dealing with such an irresponsive and shady team. My advice: steer clear of this company at all costs!

Absolutely disappointing e-commerce

Absolutely disappointing e-commerce experience. Purchased a Christmas gift in early December from their official site. The product languished in a city storage until today. Customer service brushed off my issue, redirecting me to their chosen delivery company, with whom they supposedly had an agreement. No flexibility in choosing the delivery service. Dreadful customer service and delivery policy.
