After explaining my requirements, they directed me to the right style and promptly shipped it out the same day. I returned the original order, and the folder I received appears to be of high quality. I particularly appreciate the adjustable strap.

The iPad Pro 12.9 fits the folder, but bending it into place is tricky, just like in the pictures. The elastics connecting it tend to detach easily. I bought this for an event at Carnegie Hall. They don't allow tablets, so there's a concern about copyright laws and if the folder will even be useful.

Upon receiving the music folder and taking it out of the shipping box, I observed that the top corners had been compressed, losing their shape despite the metal guard. When I informed the company, they expressed dissatisfaction with my intention to return the folder and were hesitant to cover the return shipping costs for the damaged item. Eventually, after some persistence, they provided a postage-paid envelope. However, the refund amount was less than the original purchase price.
