While I appreciate the outstanding product, the lack of detailed delivery tracking was a notable drawback. Enhancing this aspect of the service would significantly improve the overall customer experience. Despite this concern, the high-quality glass table top makes me consider future orders from Dulles Glass with cautious optimism.
