Received the incorrect Hammock initially. It was a bit challenging to connect with someone for assistance in sorting out the correct one. However, Besr Butt eventually addressed the issue and apologized for the oversight. They allowed me to keep the mistakenly received hammock, which was a positive aspect. The service provided was satisfactory.

Got my packages fast. I ordered a Gray Rain Fly, but got a Blue one by mistake. After checking it out in person, I liked the Blue more and decided to keep it.

I bought a hammock and straps. Straps came fine, but the hammock didn't. Despite reaching out multiple times to BearButt about the issue, I only got an email stating it got lost during delivery. They promised a follow-up, but it's been a week with no response despite my continued attempts to contact them.
