Fortunately, the support team recognized the issue and offered to refund half the amount, provide credits, and allow me to access two free reports. They also canceled my subscription. Although I won’t use the credits and reports due to the mistake, I appreciate Felix for his help via email.

I can't reach anyone to find out why money is being taken from my account by this company. I only agreed to a trial, and that shouldn't mean I'm signed up forever. While we all know the terms for trial periods, most businesses have a simple cancellation process. This feels like deceit and trickery, with people hiding behind clever phrases as a way to escape responsibility. Misleading and fooling others isn't a genuine way to earn money, and for this, they will face serious consequences. So mote it be!

Honestly, it was awful. The first consultation seemed robotic, super unclear (and way off the mark too), but then asked for more time to "figure things out." The next one was slow to reply, used up credits, and still gave no useful information about the issues or questions I had. 3 weeks of a paid subscription = $30 for absolutely no value. Do yourself a favor and find someone in person who can actually sense your energy in real-time.

Well, the company doesn't quite match up to what they boast in their ads. Also, their website is pretty shoddy. There's this button supposed to let you skip offers, but it's broken. So, you might end up getting charged for stuff you didn't want. Plus, there's no heads up or confirmation message to tell you if you accepted or declined the offer.

I’ve noticed that for a while, amounts of 29.90 and 39.00 have been taken from my account via Apple Pay, listed as "Cycyprus Nicosia." I tried searching for what this could be for months. There was nothing in my Apple subscriptions, and neither Apple nor my bank had any information. After a lengthy search, I finally figured it out—and I’m really upset! I remember signing up for a quiz on Nebula where I could get a report for just 1 euro. However, it seems they decided it was okay to charge me for something I had no idea about. In total, I’ve lost 474.00 euros. I’m definitely not pleased with how this has been handled. Be cautious if you’re thinking of engaging with Nebula!

I gave you a rating of “fair” because I didn’t want to take the time I’m taking now to explain why I am very unsatisfied with my experience overall, as I am doing now. While I’m glad I got the refund I asked for, the process was tough to say the least. It took many support requests and several emails to get it - way too many in my opinion. It was quite hard and an overall bother. Also, I was wrongly charged in the first place, and for something I either did not buy or was tricked into purchasing, perhaps on purpose. Your Facebook ad is misleading and needs a good amount of improvement. I hope you make adjustments to your ad accordingly.

I thought it was strange when I saw on Google that they claimed the fees were $6.00 a month—$60.00 a year. Yet, they charged me $45.00 last night, and I plan to ask for a refund for all the charges that were taken out of my account. I’m thinking of reaching out to the Attorneys General in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New York to get my money back. They’re CROOKS, and I think this whole thing is a COMPLETE SCAM. AVOID THIS SITE.

Awful. Same old story; I was low, unsure and kinda down, so I clicked on a five dollar reading and stopped before it finished (didn't even add my CVV). Later, I'm out trying to get the train and a drink when my card says no. Turns out the folks at Nebula took the last 45 bucks I had. Stay away from this greedy mess, they don’t give a hoot if you end up stuck at the station, waitin on your ex husband to bail you out so you can get home.

I decided not to follow through with the 7-day trial because I think that any site that suggests that you scan your card is not a trustworthy site and even though I typed in my card number it immediately asked me for my payment information again .
