Exceptional assistance and going above and beyond

I purchased the ZAD-80-OMEC several months ago and, unfortunately, encountered issues with the Aura pre-amp after just one month. Despite the challenges in the supply chain causing some delays, Zager's customer service was exceptional. They promptly sent a new unit to my luthier's shop, though my luthier's health issues prevented the repair from proceeding. Anticipating the need to find another repair shop, I was genuinely amazed when Zager suggested I return the instrument and generously offered the ZAD 900 OMEC as a replacement for the inconvenience. The sound of the 900 is nothing short of extraordinary, reminiscent of a grand piano. I am not only thrilled with the guitar but also deeply appreciative of Zager's unparalleled customer service. My heartfelt thanks to everyone at Zager for their exceptional assistance and for going above and beyond.

I waited about 50 years to buy

I waited about 50 years to buy a really top-end guitar. In July of 2023, I finally got a Zager ZAD900 12-string. The sound and playability are amazing - great volume, great tone, easy on my arthritic fingers! About a month ago, the Fishman AURA pre-amp simply died. As soon as I had a guitar shop verify that the pre-amp was indeed dead, Zager set about sending me a replacement. It is a joy to have it back. I literally play it almost every day. I perform in a band and it is my go-to guitar for nearly every song we play.

I would like to wish Denny all the best

I would like to wish Denny all the best in his retirement and thank him for my 50 guitar. It's very comfortable to play, and it holds its tune for quite a while. A friend of mine really likes it and now has one of his own. You can't go wrong with a Zager guitar. Wishing Denny and his family the best. I'm confident it will last for many years, and you'll be amazed at how well it stays in tune. It truly shows how well-crafted this guitar is.

Guitar is stunning

I received my Zager ZAD20E guitar and thought I would leave review! I’ll start with the case, very high end, would’ve expected a gig bag but instead got a form fitting hard case with temp/humidity gauge! The accessories that came with it are crazy!! Strings, picks, tuner and capo, all high quality!! Opened the case and found an absolutely perfect instrument!!

Please let every one know that I have received my ZAD900CE and it was everything you said it was. I was a bit nervous because of the money spent and your hard sell advertising campaign. But I have to say, everything you said it was, it is. Playability, tone, resonance! I tuned it up and started playing right out the box. It's so smooth and sounds wonderful. Love the picks, I guess I can buy more on website. A little background, I have only been playing 6 years. I picked up guitar as bucket list item at 48 years old. I flat pick rhythm guitar.  I started with entry level Epaphone and graduated to a Fender acoustic electric. I did inherit a Martin DM from my Mom, nice guitar. Your guitar is the best instrument I have ever played. Don't take it from me. I took your guitar to my local bluegrass picking parlor and let my friends, who are truly musicians, play it and they all said it was a fine guitar with a great sound and good action.  Just wanted to tell ya'll,  thank you.  Looking forward to years of pleasurable playing. Getting better every day.

No words needed, just pure gratitude. Playing the guitar for 60 years, predominantly electric, my recent acquisition of the 900 CE from this company was a revelation. The playability and craftsmanship of the 900 were simply spectacular. A month later, the temptation of a 12-string version in tobacco sunburst led me to place a preorder without hesitation. Anticipation is building, confident that this instrument will stand out with its exceptional wood quality and unmatched craftsmanship, surpassing even my prized PRS Private Stock, Les Paul custom shop reissues, Gretsch custom shop, and Rickenbacker.

I just received my Zager guitar.

I just received my Zager guitar. I had originally ordered the 80CEA but got a free upgrade to the 900CE. This is my third Zager guitar (I already own the 50 and 20 series). I’m honestly really happy with the sound and quality of this guitar. I’ve always loved my other two guitars, but this one feels like it’s in a completely different league. I can’t even explain how much I enjoy it. Another thing I really like is how easy it is to play. It fits so well, like it was made just for me. Thank you Mr. Zager.

Amazing playability and sound!

I played a Zager ZAD9000MCE that belongs to a friend and was absolutely amazed that his amazingly crafted axe cost him less than four or five grand. The resonance, tone, and clarity coming out of the guitars’s sound hole was comparable to those “big brand” guitars that cost thousands more than his Zager. I am retired and living on a fixed income, so I am saving up to pay cash for a Zager of my own, but until then I will keep bugging my buddy to borrow his when we jam together.

After owning the ZAD900CE Anniversary

After owning the ZAD900CE Anniversary model for two years, I remain captivated by its fabulous sound and forgiving nature to my 70-year-old fingers. My other guitars pale in comparison, as they can't match the effortless playability and full, rich sound of my Zager. Having owned numerous instruments, I confidently assert that Zager is a hidden gem for any musician seeking an enjoyable playing experience.

I got a ZAD900CE OM last December. It's great. Other big guitars were tough for me to play, but not this one. It sounds good, easy to play, and the extras are nice. Best thing I've bought. Thanks for making it.

Thanks Jolene. I'm really happy with my acoustic purchase. The cedar and rosewood tonal woods are such a nice mix. I also own a koa Washburn, a mahogany D17 Martin, and a Sitka/rosewood 00032 Martin. I really enjoy these different sound combinations. All of them have their own unique tones.

This guitar's awesome. Looks nice, sounds good, well made. Easy to play, nice on the hand and fingers. Customer service's been great. Can't wait to get another model later. Got the ZAD900CE OM. Love it.

Zagers is great, really love it

Zagers is great, really love it. My ZAG900CE is much better than other guitars I've had. I've tried Taylor, Yamaha, Epaphone, even Martin 45... Recently got a ZAG900CE-12 string.
