    Not a happy customer.

    Not a happy customer. I've made three orders in the past three months. The shipping costs more than the product and I even paid extra for package protection. My package didn't arrive on time and I wasn't told about any delivery problems. When I reached out to customer support, they told me to call FedEx. FedEx wouldn't deliver the package, so I had to pay for an Uber to go get it. Customer service was not very helpful and kept insisting the package was "delivered" and couldn't verify if I picked it up or not (basically, they didn't believe me). Zazzle offers a much better experience. Won't be buying from them again.

    This company lacks integrity in customer service.

    This company lacks integrity in customer service. They list prices online, but once you finalize your design, costs skyrocket. This shady sales tactic needs scrutiny for misleading advertising. Check BBB ratings for proof. Their customer service is totally useless. They don't grasp your questions and just dodge them. I wouldn't use them and advise steering clear.

    I spent a lot on a double-sided banner. The color was way too faded, and you could see the text from the other side. The quality was terrible! They said “it’s what you asked for and that’s how it is.” They won’t replace it or print a new one, even though I offered to return it at my expense. Very unprofessional with awful customer service. I’m really upset.

    I will never buy from this company again.

    I will never buy from this company again. My order is still pending and I guess I'll get a full refund in a week. I needed key chains for my business at the start of August and ordered them in July. I chose the delivery date of August 7th, the earliest they could offer with a 2-3 week turnaround. I know August 7th is an estimate, but their invoice and website did not mention a 2-3 week delay OR LONGER as the customer service rep claimed. The invoice said delays only happen if there's an issue on my end. I approved the proofs promptly. Just two days before my order was due, it was marked "On Hold." I reached out to customer service, and they wanted to charge me an extra $477 to get it by August 14th since I have an event that needs the key chains. They offered a 10% discount, which I turned down, and kept asking for a refund. They then suggested paying an extra $100 to get it by August 14th. This was for a $150 order. I refused to pay more for their delay. Eventually, the customer service rep (who isn't to blame for the poor business practices of Imprint) said they would try to get my order to me by August 14th without extra charges. I agreed, but only if I get my order by that date, or I’ll get a full refund or chargeback. I am so mad. If you can’t meet the 2-3 week turnaround, don’t advertise that on your website. I know printing and shipping takes time, but if it took the full 3 weeks, not receiving it by the 7th makes sense, though I expected the date to be updated. I was told on JULY 24TH that my order was being prepared, and that was over a week ago. I get POD books faster than these key chains. If it shipped on the 7th, USPS would have delivered it before the 14th. I’m telling everyone I know to avoid Imprint.

    Deceptive and disorganized

    Honestly, I can't believe this company is still in business with how deceptive and disorganized they are. I ordered custom tote bags from Imprint.com on March 10, expecting them by March 25 for an event on April 4. But things went downhill fast. They lied about production timelines. On March 24, I was told the bags were almost done and would ship soon. By April 2, they were still in production! A rep even admitted the earlier update was false. Their delivery dates mean nothing. Without paying extra for “guaranteed rush delivery,” they said they weren’t responsible for any deadlines. They even tried to charge us an extra $500 to expedite the order, which I negotiated down to $380. The day they promised delivery, they left a voicemail saying there were shipping issues and needed confirmation to proceed. So frustrating! Customer service was a nightmare. No one could explain where our order was, and one rep went silent when I asked about the bag printing status. The website and order tracking were unreliable, showing our order “on hold” randomly. Long story short, this company lacks transparency and professionalism. If you need something on time, avoid them. The stress and extra cost are just not worth it.

    HORRIBLE

    There is no 0 star rateing so have to choose 1. HORRIBLE!!!! Horrible service. Order was scheduled to deliver three days before our event and still has not arrived. Event is tomorrow and we were told it is out of there hands and they cannot help us. Now we had people pay for products they will not recieve for the event they purchased the items for. Imprint having horrible customer service then kept us on hold for over 40 minutes (on multible sessions totaling over 2 hours wasted). Hung up on us twice, ignored our request to speak to a manger.... I can go on and on about how horrible they have treated us. They told us will will not recieve an update for another 2 days. So our order is already late by two days and now we have to wait an additional 2 days to hear their next excuse. Over $200.00 wasted. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

    I ordered four shirts from Imprint on November 11th, and it's been 43 days now. My order kept getting delayed due to "art-work issues," and every time I called, I had trouble understanding the customer service reps. They promised I'd get my order by December 18th, which already seemed way too long. One rep even said they'd expedite it since it was taking forever. December 18th came and went, and I only got a shipping notice on the 23rd. Now, the shirts won't make it in time for Christmas, and I'll have to ship them to the recipient myself. No apologies or updates from Imprint at all. Their "one week turnaround" claim is a joke. By the time my package arrives, it'll be like 50 days! Never ordering from Imprint again and will warn everyone I know. RIDICULOUS. Avoid this company!

    DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The mugs ordered for an important family event were laughably bad. The print was much smaller than in the art proof, and the image quality is HORRENDOUS. Blurry, pixelated, off center. Looks cheap, like you could just peel them off. I have been trying to get a refund for MONTHS, and the customer service team just gives me the run around. Even if you get a truly awful product, they will fight you every step of the way rather than try to make it right. We also ordered tote bags, which have totally inconsistent colors across the two batches, despite the item and the design being the same. If you want quality and/or good service, DO NOT USE THEM.

    Poor Service

    The product that showed up was wrong. First it was the wrong imprint color even though I was in contact with the company within 24 hours of ordering it about the order not listing the color I wanted. The order details list everything except the imprint color. This made me question what color was the printing. Second they were supposed to be screen printed and they showed up as transfers. The order was on hold for 2 weeks because they needed better artwork but then they tell me they cant change the imprint color even after the order was on hold and I told them 7 times about my imprint color concerns. The order took a month to get. The order was wrong and unsatisfactory. All they did was defend and deflect.

    I’m so frustrated

    I’m so frustrated with my recent experience ordering from this company. I've ordered before without issues, so I thought a reorder would be simple. To ensure everything was correct, I called and spoke with them directly. I even paid extra to have it delivered on time for my birthday party. But when the package arrived, the Koozies were printed wrong! When I called to fix it, they asked me to submit a support ticket with pictures. Luckily, I found an older Koozie to show the difference, but they still insisted everything was correct. I tried calling again to sort things out but was told their computer system was down. Now I’m stuck with 300 misprinted Koozies and out nearly $300. What a disappointment!

    POOR customer service!!!!!!!!!

    put in a $2000 order for 100 40oz tumblers. All 100 cups came but we were missing 8 straws! If your order is missing something or something is damaged don't bother trying to get a replacement! they give you the run around and the guy just repeats himself over and over and does not give you answers. It is one guy and he wont put you through to anyone else. he finally told me a supervisor would call me which never happened of course. i tried email a week ago and nothing...........Sad because we put in large staff orders like this often. The product itself was good so we planned on returning as customers. Their loss, they lost thousands over $5 in straws. i gave up and ordered them off amazon.

    So, here's the deal. I thought ordering custom t-shirts from this company was a great idea for our weekend event. We even paid extra for rush delivery, thinking everything would arrive on time. The website promised it, after all. But then, radio silence. Our order got delayed, and it turns out there was some production hiccup. Why didn't they tell us sooner? I spent forever on the phone with customer service, who assured me the shirts would ship out Thursday or Friday, just in time for Saturday. Guess what? They didn't show up. We had to scrap the whole plan because the shirts were basically useless after the event. If you need reliable service, I'd look elsewhere. This was just a mess.

    The quality felt cheap

    I recently got some Full Color Digital Foam Collapsible Coolies and was pretty disappointed. Thought I was getting a full-color product, but turns out, only the outside is black while the inside is white. This detail wasn't mentioned anywhere in the description or shown in the pictures, which feels a bit misleading. When I brought it up with customer service, they just gave me a 15% discount, which didn't feel enough. Asked for a remake, and they pointed me to some vague disclaimer about foam color variations. Nowhere did it say the inside and outside would be different colors. Overall, the quality felt cheap and the customer service was dismissive. Definitely not what I was expecting.

    Frustrating experience

    I was really excited to get my custom order, but things didn't go as planned. First off, the color was totally off. I had emailed them right after placing the order because I noticed the color wasn't listed, but they didn't fix it. Instead of screen printing, they used transfers, which wasn't what I wanted. The order was delayed for two weeks while they asked for better artwork, and during this time, I repeatedly mentioned my concerns about the imprint color. But when the order finally arrived a month later, nothing had changed. The response from customer service was disappointing. They just kept defending their mistakes instead of fixing them. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

    Bait and Switch - Do not use

    Would give "0" stars if I could. Terrible customer service. I placed an order for 75 rubber ducks and paid extra for rush delivery by 11/13. Was contacted today and told I had to order 150 to do a rush order (despite what was said on the website). They admitted in writing that the website was incorrect and they were going to fix it but they refused to honor my order. My only options were to double my order or wait an additional week for production. Since I am planning a party for a non-profit theater my son performs at, neither of those was an option. Spent 1/2 hour on the phone with a rep who refused to let me talk to a supervisor or help in any way. TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM

    I ordered some custom balloons from a company called "Imprint" and was really let down. The text on the balloons was so tiny you could hardly read it, which was not what I expected at all. Reaching out to their customer service has been a nightmare. I’ve been trying to get this fixed for three days now. They keep asking for more pictures and take a whole day to respond each time. It's like no one is actually in charge there. When I called to speed things up, they made me wait for a supervisor and then said I’d get a call back within 24 hours. This whole situation could’ve been fixed in just a few minutes if they had better customer service. So frustrating!

    Avoid Imprint.com if you value your time and sanity. I ordered shirts and requested a proof, expecting a smooth process. Instead, it turned into a three-week ordeal. I was constantly calling, trying to find my order, but no one seemed to know what was going on. It was like talking to a wall. The glowing reviews? I can't understand how they're genuine. I needed shirts by a certain date and made that clear, but nothing arrived. Eventually, I found someone who offered to expedite the order—for an extra $120. Ridiculous!     Very frustrating experience

    Last year, I ordered some signs for our church. Uploaded an image, they edited it without asking, and then shipped signs with a spelling mistake. They refused to replace them for free, only offered a discount, so I had to pay extra to get them on time. Thought it was a one-time issue and gave them another shot this year. Made sure the image was perfect and ordered for guaranteed delivery by April 4th. They arrived late on April 8th, without the stakes I paid for. Had to argue about the delivery dates, even though their tracking showed they were late. Now waiting another week for the stakes. They couldn't even do the basic job.

    You won't believe what happened

    You won't believe what happened with my order! I was so excited to get these koozies for the party, but when they showed up, the color was all wrong. It was such a letdown. I tried to get it sorted out with customer service, but that was a nightmare. It's like they didn't even care about fixing their mistake. I've been in touch with them for days, and it feels like I'm just going in circles. No solutions, just frustration.     I had a really frustrating experience with this company. Ordered hats and stickers for an event, and they promised they'd arrive on time. Guess what? They didn’t. The "guaranteed" delivery date came and went, and nothing showed up. Tried calling customer service, and it was a nightmare. The reps were overseas, and I could hardly understand a word they were saying through their thick accents. They were no help at all. Now, I’m stuck without the stuff I needed, and I’m going to have to dispute the charges with my credit card. Seriously, don't trust this company if you need something delivered on time.

    I walked into this whole ordeal thinking it’d be a breeze, just needed some prints done right. Well, that went south real quick. The prints were all wrong, and when I reached out, thinking they’d sort it out, I hit a brick wall. It was like talking to a robot with zero empathy. Tried getting a hold of a manager, just to maybe find a bit of accountability, but that was a dead end. Felt like they were dodging responsibility left, right, and center. If you're thinking about using imprint.com, I'd seriously reconsider. It's like they're running some kind of scam. Not worth the headache or hassle at all.

    I ordered online and it turned into a mess. First, they said I needed a different color, then changed their mind. The lady kept putting me on hold and promised I'd get it by Dec. 3. After that, I got tons of emails saying the order was on hold and couldn't be filled. Tried to cancel, but they refused. Then, they said it was in production. Got a useless tracking number three days ago. Called and got hung up on after 10 minutes on hold. Called again, spoke to a guy who said it shipped and gave another worthless tracking number. I bet the product will look awful when it finally arrives.

    I had such a frustrating time with this company. The product arrived in the wrong color, which was a big letdown. When I tried to get it sorted out, the customer service was terrible. They made it nearly impossible to fix their mistake. This was just a small order, so you'd expect them to handle it easily. But even after giving them all the details, pictures, and endless emails and calls, nothing got resolved. It's shocking that a company this size can't manage a simple issue. If negative stars were an option, that's what they'd get from me. Total disappointment.

    I bought these bottle openers

    I bought these bottle openers with my new company logo and, honestly, the quality is a letdown. After carrying one in my pocket with my keychain for a little while, the logo started scratching off. I contacted Imprint to fix it, but they said I had to send back all 100 openers. I’d already given out a few, so I couldn’t return them all. They wouldn't help me unless I met their return policy. It's really annoying that they didn’t stand by their product or try to resolve it. I’d suggest looking elsewhere to avoid the frustration I experienced with this purchase.

    I ordered some stuff, and while part of it showed up, the coasters didn’t make it. It's been almost a month, and still no refund. Honestly, it's a bit frustrating. Dealing with this company has been a letdown. All the chatting is through email, which would be fine if they actually replied.
