I had a terrible experience

I had a terrible experience with this company. They went ahead and approved an order without my consent. I had to deal with over five different customer service reps, and honestly, none of them seemed to know what they were doing. It was incredibly frustrating. They kept passing me around, and no one could resolve my issue. To make things worse, the product I received was of horrible quality. They basically stole my money and wasted my time. Avoid this company if you can; it's just not worth the hassle.

I thought I'd found the perfect company for my event needs, but boy, was I wrong. Ordered some matchboxes a month ahead for my party, even paid extra to make sure they'd arrive on time. Well, five days before the event, I get this email saying they're out of stock and my order will be delayed. No heads up, nothing. Had to cancel everything and scramble last minute. Totally unreliable, and definitely not professional. Feels like they just didn't care.

Slow Shipping

Ordered custom t-shirts 3 weeks before a memorial service and shipping said that they'd arrive in about 2 weeks. Called for a week straight and they promised shipping the next for 5 days in a row and never changed from "production" status. Memorial has passed and still no t-shirts and tried to convince me that they can't cancel due to production and can't refund my money. Would definitely not recommend these liars.

I probably should have canceled my order and placed it again when the date was wrong, but I’ve had this problem before and it got fixed. This time I’ll reorder from a different company and won’t come back. I’ve been a customer for 6 years, but this is the end.

I was quite happy with the fast delivery

I was quite happy with the fast delivery and clear communication. Getting a real contact number in the email was helpful. However, the product had a brownish tint on part of the picture? We will just make it work since time is short to try again.

I ordered a custom product

I ordered a custom product, and unfortunately, the image wasn't centered as shown in the preview. Additionally, the lettering lacked the crispness I was expecting. It's disappointing when the final product doesn't match the initial expectations.

Lying theives!

They said an order would be here by a certain date. Still in production 3 weeks later. Liars. Won't cancel order, won't refund. HORRIBLE customer service. No one answers emails for 3 days. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!
