We had a tight deadline and needed a custom product shipped within two weeks. After checking out a few local businesses, we chose Imprint. They met our deadline perfectly. Customer service was super responsive, like talking to someone at 11pm to sort things out! The only hiccup was they asked for an extra fee after production started, which was a bit annoying. But they handled it well, called us back, and sorted it out. In the end, we got our shipment just in time for our employee event. Overall, pretty happy with Imprint's service, just wish the fee situation was clearer upfront. Thanks, Imprint!

I ordered custom koozies and overall, it was a solid experience. Designing our own image was a breeze, and the koozies turned out looking awesome and feeling just as good. They were super quick with processing everything and made sure the product was right before shipping. The only hiccup was the image approval process—it got a bit confusing at times. But when I reached out, their customer service team was really helpful and friendly, which made things a lot easier. Giving it 4 stars because of the approval confusion, but I'd still recommend them for their quality and service.

My last order wasn't great

I have to admit, my last order wasn't great, but I got a bit of money back. Decided to give it another shot and ordered again. This time, I designed using the website and chose to have them made in the USA, which cost a bit more. But wow, the coozies turned out way better! They fit perfectly and weren't crooked or anything. Really glad I tried again. Although, I think my first order should have been refunded more than 40%, but hey, what can you do?

But then I opened it up and the inside foam was white. I know the site said the foam could be different, but white? That was disappointing. Not too impressed thus far. Three stars because my order hasn't arrived yet for me to judge quality. But, my experience lines up with others' low ratings. With Standard shipping, you get an estimated delivery date, not guaranteed. Understandable that processing 40 sweatshirts takes time, but mine's been in "Production" for over 20 days now? Seems excessive. Hoping for tracking info soon, but when I raised the issue, got the runaround. "No guaranteed delivery, just estimates. Standard processing is 7-10 days. Standard shipping adds another 12 days"... I'm on day 22 since ordering and still no clue when it'll ship. Okay if it takes time, but good service means giving an ETA. "Estimated" delivery was March 29, still waiting for shipment notification. Will update my review and rating later. Maybe it'll earn 5 stars, but undecided for now...

I had a pretty mixed experience with my recent order. The customer service folks were super helpful, and the delivery even arrived a day early, which was a nice surprise. However, I was let down by the koozie. The color and the print of the musical notes were off. The proof showed a lighter color with clear print, but what I got was a darker green koozie, making the notes hard to see. It's a bit frustrating when you expect one thing and get another. Overall, great service but the product didn't meet my expectations.

I had to pay an extra $60 because my order was two toned, which was frustrating. I could have done the job myself but was pressed for time. When I asked to cancel, they reduced the extra charge to $30. The koozies arrived as I expected, but the box was damaged and all the koozies were wrinkled. Luckily, a little heat and parchment paper fixed them up, and the bride is happy. Overall, it was an okay experience, but it could've been better without the extra hassle and damaged packaging.

When the replacements arrived, though, they were spot on: crisp, clear, and exactly what I wanted. Despite the hassle, I might give them another shot, but only if they keep their quality up to scratch.

After many emails and calls, they finally sent the right koozies on the third try. They’re cheap, but you get what you pay for with Imprint.
