Never work with this agency

I worked with Roger David. He said I will received tickets from airline company in 24 hrs max, but after 45hrs I still didn't received it. Also they tricked with cheap price, but somewhat my trip date was changed. I need to change it, but he said I can't unless I pay $250 per person more. So when I checked with other major companies it was $1500, but with this agency I paid $1780. Rip off. I was so angry. I am so worried that I can't receive tickets. Never never work with unknown companies. I had experience with Travelocity too.

This agent is a total scammer

I bought a ticket for someone and that was okay. One day later they called and said my friend can take a bag with him. Otherwise I have to upgrade the flight and pay a lot more. I said my friend can come with out a bag. Two days later they called the flight for that day is sold and if you want to book for other days you should pay more. It is not customer problem if they the ticket they promised is sold. They have legal duty to produce the tickets as they promised if a customer paid for the tickets. Avoid this agent

Horrible company!!!!!!!!!! Buyers beware!!!!!

Absolutely ripped me off. Do not use this company. Did not disclose that luggage could not be taken on the trip. Would not give me my money back. Can not speak English very well. Could not understand what they where talking about. Absolutely was a horrible experience and I will never use this company and I will make it my life mission to totally discredit there whole company!!!!!!! Totally a disappointing experience that should bottles ever happen

The ultimate travel scam to avoid.

Fareporto is the ultimate travel scam all people should avoid. They offered and sold me a ticket at cheap price, but when I called the airlines company, they confirmed the seats are not booked. I called Fareporto and was told that the flights I booked are not guaranteed. To guarantee the flight numbers, I had to pay additional $600. This is a trap. This is a hidden cost that you have to pay when the departure date is close and you must go on the specific date.

Please beware !!! This company draws you in and sells you what you think is a good deal. As soon as you spend your first $1000 They call you and ask if you're ok with the policies of this flight...which are that you can bring a carry on nor luggage.. nothing. You can't even pay an upgrade for luggage. AND it's non refundable .You have to buy a whole new flight,that costs another $600. They have neary 3500 complaints on the BBB. Avoid this company !!!

FAREPORTO IS A SCAM

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS WEBSITE. IT IS A SCAM. I would give a zero rating if possible. I tried to cancel within minutes of clicking the scammer's button. The next day the rep "William Wood" with a foreign accent called and claimed they didn't get the email canceling the booking and trying to charge my credit card. The international flight is standby booking only. DO NOT DO IT. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. The rep was rude.

SCAMMERS- worst travel agency!!!!! Don’t waste your time & money

They say the website shows all the restrictions for the “deal” cheaper tickets you bought. There’s NOTHING on their website & to top it off the treat you like you’re stupid for buying cheap tickets; worse experience on my life!!!!! Plus they want you to pay double the amount you already paid & lie to you telling you that that’s the best deal & discounts the airlines are providing them…..

There's definitely a deceiving catch

When they charge your account what name or bank or business does it come up as I'm trying to stop them from charging my card but I need to know who to block anybody please yeah they suck and the guy that called to tell me all about all the restrictions he literally wanted to argue with me tell me well ma'am you have to understand you got it for such a cheap price

Bait and switch company

I purchased a flight with them for a specific date. They sent me a confirmation then a day later they called me saying that this date was not available and I will be on a waiting list for it. They said that I can do a different date and pay more money if I wanted and the money is not refundable. I had to take it because I paid already. Total scam.

CROOKS

These ppl are East Indian making up English names to work with so they can grab customers… they are such crooks… I had them in such a noose they started to panick and offering all kinds of nonsense…CROOKS!!!! not sure why they are still in business…

I ordered tickets online payed for them then they let me know I had to pay 600.00 more for my ticket. theh are a scam and they charged me 200.00 fir canceling my ticket. 287.00 came to 487.00 cause I canceled.

Fareporto is a scam

Do not book with Fareporto. They will scam u. Sell u a cheap ticket, then call and say non refundable so u have to book a more expensive ticket. STAY AWAY FROM FAREPORTO. SCAMMERS. PISSED ME OFF.

Scam Pricing. After they inflated the ticket price, they refused to stop my transaction forcing my wife and I to close our Credit Card to stop their charges.

It's a bate and switch. They hide things in the fine print. All i take is 1 carry on and it cost me 200 more.
