Funny thing is, I already had my payment plan set up for autopay. For some odd reason, though, I had to call in and pay over the phone. Bit of a hassle, if you ask me. I mean, what’s the point of setting up autopay if I still gotta do this every month? Anyway, we got it sorted, but I really hope they fix this soon.

I believe the service should cover a longer period, maybe a year instead of just six months. Despite this, my computer works fine now, and I can get back to my work.

And even after all that, the problem wasn’t really fixed. The agent just gave me a workaround for saving a document as a PDF, but I still couldn’t do it the usual way. He mentioned he cleaned up my system, but it’s still slow. Plus, he didn't explain what he was removing, which left me worried the whole time.
