    I had some trouble with

    I had some trouble with my printer again and was getting pretty frustrated. I called for help and Eric picked up. He was super helpful and actually fixed the issue pretty quickly. He reset my printer to the default settings and explained what to do if it happens again. The only thing that bugged me was not getting a reminder about my coverage expiring. Overall, Eric was great, but they need to work on those reminders.

    I've been using these folks

    I've been using these folks for my small business for about 8 years now. Anytime my computer acts up, I give them a call and they jump right in to fix things. They really know their stuff and always get back to me quickly. Their prices are pretty fair, too. What I appreciate the most is that they follow up afterwards to make sure everything's running smoothly. It's clear they genuinely care about solving my issues.

    I can finally get my emails! As a business owner, not getting emails is bad. Your team fixed a problem with my email and server that my server's tech department and my McAfee tech guys couldn't fix. They said I needed to upgrade my 2016 Microsoft Office to the latest version, but your people fixed it without that. I'm very impressed and signed up for your services for 6 months. Thanks a lot!

    Thanks to the tech's great job, I discovered the issue with my internet service. It wasn’t my computer. It was a problem with the cable connecting the modem to my computer. The internet provider provided me with new cables.

    I had an amazing experience with 247techies, especially Adam and Steve. When I switched my internet from Xfinity to T-Mobile, my emails stopped coming through. They jumped right in and helped me get all my emails back. They even helped me connect my desktop printer to my laptop so I could print again. They were super professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Plus, they were incredibly patient and kind, which made everything so much easier. But, as an older person, I got a bit anxious when I saw the cursor stuck at 48% for about five minutes. It made me nervous, wondering if something had gone wrong. I think it would've been really helpful if the technician had asked for my phone number at the start. That way, I would've felt more reassured knowing they could reach out if there were any issues.     Getting my Office 365 account onto my new laptop was a real headache. I reached out to the support team, and they just took over and got everything sorted. Honestly, it took them almost an hour, and there's no way I could’ve managed it by myself. The folks were patient and knew exactly what they were doing. Only thing that bugged me was the cost. £229 for six months is quite a lot, and they should've been clearer about it from the start. Even though it was pricey, I was in a tight spot, so it ended up being worth it. But yeah, a heads-up on the cost would’ve been nice.

    Chris was a lifesaver.

    Yesterday, Chris was a lifesaver. He managed to fix a big issue I had, but now I've got a whole new mess on my hands. Microsoft's Auto Update bot decided to update my Office program, even though I only had a limited license that didn't allow updates. Now, everything's gone haywire. My Microsoft programs are all messed up. It's so frustrating because I thought everything was sorted out, and now I'm back to square one. I wish there was a way to stop these automatic updates. It’s causing more problems than it solves. Fingers crossed Chris can work his magic again.

    Had to make a payment the other day. It went alright, but the rep I talked to was a bit tough to understand. His English wasn't the best, but we managed. Funny thing is, I already had my payment plan set up for autopay. For some odd reason, though, I had to call in and pay over the phone. Bit of a hassle, if you ask me. I mean, what’s the point of setting up autopay if I still gotta do this every month? Anyway, we got it sorted, but I really hope they fix this soon.

    I had a pretty good experience with Mike. He's super patient and knows his stuff inside out. There’s one thing, though - it would be nice if there was someone whose first language is English on staff. I struggle with hearing a bit, but I'm not at the point of needing a hearing aid. It's not Mike's fault at all, just my issue, and I felt a bit guilty for taking up so much of his time. Overall, Mike was fantastic and really helped me out, despite my hearing troubles.

    The representative was helpful. He informed me that the popup was a scam and pointed out unnecessary programs. He fixed the issue by taking control of my computer. However, the cost seemed high. I believe the service should cover a longer period, maybe a year instead of just six months. Despite this, my computer works fine now, and I can get back to my work.

    Company is realy good.

    Company is realy good. They fixed my problem well. Talk was good. Workers were smart, they checked if I did my part. In the end, they fixed it, and PC works faster. Sometimes new workers didn't know much about the issue.

    I stumbled upon 247techies.tech while trying to fix an issue with Microsoft Excel. Never heard of them before, but I was desperate. The tech guy was nice, but he spoke super fast and had a thick accent, which made things a bit challenging. Anyway, he did manage to solve my Excel issue, but I have no clue how he did it. No notes, no explanations—nothing. So if it happens again, I'm stuck. Also, he was the one to tell me the cost, which felt weird. That should be upfront, in writing, from the beginning, right? Now, I’m tied to this 6-month contract, and I’m not even sure what it covers. Fingers crossed canceling won't be a hassle.

    I had a bit of a rollercoaster with 24 by seven techies. First, I called them up and got Ryan on the line. Now, Ryan was nice and all, but he just couldn’t quite crack the nut on my tech problem. I felt like I was going in circles. Then, on my second attempt, I got Simon. Let me tell you, Simon was a breath of fresh air. He listened, understood the issue right off the bat, and boom, problem solved. It was like night and day between the two calls. Simon turned what was a frustrating situation into a breeze. Overall, not perfect, but Simon's help made it a decent experience.

    I went to 247techies to help speed up my hp computer. They did make it a bit faster, but it was kinda a hassle. Different people kept picking up my case on different days, and every time, I had to explain the same problems all over again in writing. It got pretty frustrating. My computer is a bit better now, but it still takes like 15 minutes just to open Outlook, Quicken, or even a simple internet page. Considering the price we agreed on, I was hoping for much better results. Not really sure it was worth it.

    I was super worried that this was some kind of scam, but turns out it was legit and supported by Microsoft. The tech guys took two whole days to fix my problem, but I had a hard time understanding them most of the time. They changed a bunch of stuff on my computer, like the font and how my folders look. I wish they had checked with me before closing everything out. I told them I needed to look around and make sure everything was fine, but they didn't let me do that. Overall, it was a stressful experience.

    The experience was rough

    Man, the experience was rough. Spent over six hours trying to fix a simple issue. I felt completely lost and had no clue what was happening. At first, I thought I was dealing with Microsoft 365, but then they told me I had to pay £149.99 for six months with some random company. Felt like I had no other choice but to pay. And even after all that, the problem wasn’t really fixed. The agent just gave me a workaround for saving a document as a PDF, but I still couldn’t do it the usual way. He mentioned he cleaned up my system, but it’s still slow. Plus, he didn't explain what he was removing, which left me worried the whole time.
