    Prices rose, outcomes solid

    Quotes were fair at the start, then I added more interior illustrations and the price went up, which makes sense. What mattered was that I kept ownership and chose direction at every step. Communication was patient and the final book looks like it belongs on a shelf. I’d hire them again, now that I know how scope creeps when my ideas do.
