    Scored a deal, then made tea while the checkout added every possible extra. Not shocking for an OTA, just be ready. Refund info took ages to clarify. I’d still use it if the fare gap is big enough.

At first, I didn't realize that several boxes required a selection, so it didn’t go through. I was worried because I had entered my card details. The second time, I called the reference numbers and was able to complete the process.
