    Clear payoff help by phone

    I needed a payoff quote and called. The agent explained exactly where to request it in the portal and what to expect next. They outlined how the final payment would post and when the lien release would be sent. I also got a secure message recap which made me feel confident I hadn’t misheard anything. Quick, kind, and not robotic. For something as dry as servicing, that was refreshing.
