The 50% off the first month’s rate was fantastic. I mean, their monthly phone insurance fee is way cheaper than any of the big carriers, so even without the first-month discount, I would have gone with Upsie for my phone insurance.

Seems like getting claim status is a bit of a struggle: Can't reach them by phone, number's out of service. Emails go unanswered, feels like they've closed up shop. But hey, here's a twist: Upsie got bought out, a new company's in the mix. They got in touch about my claims, sorted them pronto. So, I'll bump my rating up to four stars.

The company ain't great. Tryna cancel warranty but site is dead. Waste of cash. Good luck with them.
