Hey there, I've been a user of Uprova for a while now, and I've always found it super convenient. But lately, I've noticed a change. It used to be that when I transferred money, it would show up in my mobile bank account instantly. Now, though, it seems like things aren't working the same way. I'm not sure if there's been a shift in the company's policies or if it's something to do with the specific banks involved.

This is my third time using Uprova, and overall, it was good.

This is my third time using Uprova, and overall, it was good. This time, though, things went wrong. I had everything set for automatic payments, like I did for my previous loans. Suddenly, I find out my automatic payments aren’t working. I can’t pay online because it won’t let me. I tried calling to make the payment, but the automated system says I’m not overdue. When I tried to talk to someone, I found out customer service is closed on weekends… I’m really upset that I can't make a simple payment. I’m worried about what the late fee might be. Considering how high the interest rate is, it's even more concerning.

Its a nightmare

Its a nightmare dealing with these folks. If they're removing your reviews, that's a major red flag. No one wants to deal with a company whose goal is to rob you.
