Having encountered negative feedback about the recently launched resort we had reservations for, my spouse and I opted to switch resorts. Despite several attempts to seek alternative options from our agent Roger, we eventually canceled and rebooked independently. While we had prepaid our flights months prior through Travel Centre, complications arose when asked to settle the balance. Roger's departure left us in a communication limbo, with unresolved issues persisting for over 3 weeks. The current team's sketchy communication and lack of follow-through, coupled with questionable practices like charging discrepancies based on fluctuating flight prices, paint a concerning picture of this company's reliability.
