My recent experience was not great at all. I found myself doubting my choice to go with Topline. The person I dealt with did not seem interested in helping me with what I wanted. Luckily, I received a call from Robert Wingert, who is a real pro. You guys should appreciate him. He helped me sign up for a renewal yesterday since my policy ran out at midnight. The other person didn’t return my call from last week about needing a new policy. She felt like a used car saleeman from a long time ago!

I bought a homeowners policy from citizens

I bought a homeowners policy from citizens insurance for $1700 on May 11, 2024. Then on May 13, 2024, I got a letter from citizens saying my new premium will be $6,000. I called my Agent, Karen Roscingo, and she took care of everything for us with a new policy from another insurance company. I'm very happy as she did a great job for us. So I decided to move all of my car insurances to Topline insurance agency.

I felt let down by my old home insurance rates. I needed something more affordable. I found Topline insurance online. Chelsea helped me out. She was professional and a godsend. She made a tough process simple. I was pleased with the new rates. I told my family and friends about Topline insurance. It was the best insurance experience I've had. Great stuff.

I got a quote from Topline

I got a quote from Topline. When I said yes to buying a policy, I had to give more details like a 4 point inspection and wind report. I did all that but then the agent disappeared. I messaged customer service on the website and they said someone would contact me in two business days. But nobody did. Service was terrible, the worst ever!
