I bought the AtranVelo Lowrider Explorer front

I bought the AtranVelo Lowrider Explorer front rack from starbike.com. Couldn’t find a similar product in the USA, and the price was much better than other options. The shipping cost more than the rack, but the total still seemed fine. It took a bit longer than expected (15 days), but no issues with customs or import fees. The rack fit okay on my new Windsor Tourist with a bulky steel fork and disc brakes. I needed to get M5 16mm alloy spacers, M5 30mm cap screws, nylock nuts, and washers on my own since the rack didn’t come with any hardware. Happy with the result. Thanks Starbike!

My experience wit starbike was great. I was unsure what to expect, ordering from a supplier in Germany for shipment to the United States. The experience was grand. Good communication from starbike, and fast shipping. As you would expect, the shipping took some time to arrive, after clearing US Customs. Overall, very happy with the experience.

Totally recommend this company! Got my stuff from Germany, and they kept me posted. Seriously, they're great!

Shipping went well.

Shipping went well. Received DEDA jet 1 clip-on bars, but unfortunately, they arrived without pad stickers. It seems like a Deda issue. I contacted Starbike, and they acknowledged the problem, but there was no resolution provided. I'll have to purchase Velcro tape myself. It's not a major issue, but it's a hassle considering the product's high cost.

I placed an order for

I placed an order for a set of forks through their website, but it's been a frustrating experience. I've been waiting for over 11 days, and there has been no sign of dispatch or any communication from them. To make matters worse, my order seems to be "manually locked," and my attempts to contact them via phone, email, or their ticket system have been largely unfruitful. I do have an open ticket, which they've acknowledged for the past week, but they haven't provided any information or updates on my order. It's disheartening not to receive even a simple "sorry for the delay."
