Today I had a chat with Mr. Anderson Brock and he was realy helpful. At first I thought it might be fake, but he explained who he was and I checked out the company myself. I liked how honest he was. Mr. Anderson acted like a real kind man. He didn’t rush me, and made sure I knew all the info slowly and clear. I must say, after our talk, I will share about this company on Facebook and tell folks to ask for Mr. Anderson. I’ve never had a man salesperson be this caring and careful about what I needed, and he didn’t mind going over things a few times. He talked calm and nice, and really wanted me to understand. He made sure I knew he was not trying to trick me. He shared his name, the company name, and told me the backstory. This man was great and I thank God for the nice help I got. He should get good words from others. I will be posting his name on my Facebook so others can talk to him about Medicaid and get help. I felt very well looked after. Thank you so much Smart Match. This made my day and made me feel beter. Thank you, God bless, and keep up the good work Mr. Anderson.

Timothy Knipp is my agent. He knows a lot and explained everything to me about the Humana PPO, POS give-back plan. We talked about everything in the plan, like my co-pays, deductibles, and all the doctors I go to. My current doctors, including specialists, are covered under this Humma plan. I’m happy about the give-back being added to my SSC check. Tim had all the information about the plan and answered all my questions clearly. He is smart, kind, and nice to talk to. I liked working with him. He also reviewed all my medications and explained the tiers for each one. We talked about how the co-pays work for my prescriptions, which are lower than what I am currently paying. He is one of the best agents I’ve talked to about the Humma plan. He deserves recognition for his dedication, inteligence, and kindness with this company. Very pleased!

Kendrick Jackson is my agent. As a newcomer to Medicare starting in November, I had some worries and lots of questions. Kendrick addressed all my inquiries and provided a clear explanation of the benefits and costs. He also shared the great news about the $2,000 cap for prescription drugs starting next year. I previously thought this didn’t cover schedule 5 and 6 drugs. He delivered all the necessary details with professionalism and was friendly, polite, and supportive during the whole process. From my corporate background, I can say that Kendrick is a valuable asset to your company.

Viktoria was my first contact. She explaind the benefits assesment review process and that the servis was absolutly free. Viktoria then transfered me to Autumn, who took my husband and I through each of our policis and then found policis with our current carrier, Humana, which kept us with our same docters. Overall, our benefits wer tailord individually and saved us approximately $200.00 a month! This process requires patiance. It took about 2 1/2hrs for Autumn to go over everything with both of us, but was well worth it. A benefical call and plesant experience.

I usually ignore cold calls, but this one caught my attention. The person on the line had a friendly way that made me want to keep talking. Eventually, I was connected to Diana. We discussed the updates to my insurance for 2025. After looking things over, I chose to switch plans for the upcoming year. Diana was really helpful during this process. She showed a lot of patience and knew her stuff. By the end of our conversation, I felt happy that I picked up the phone. I would suggest SmartMatch if you're looking for help with a health plan.

Harassment

An agent called me three days in a row and on the third day four times. I told them once three times not to call me back and do not call. So, I answered and she called me by first name, which on all accounts was disrespectful. Anyway, I told her I have told them not to call me. Now, this may be be beside the point, I am 66 yrs old and suffer from PTSD. So it is very uncomfortable for anybody to not respect my peace of mind. When I request not to be contacted again, I would appreciate my request to be honored. Thank-you

My experience with Garrett Jordan has been great. He takes his time, makes sure you have all the info you need to make a choice, and that you get what he is saying and sending. He doesn't pester you daily! But stays in contact in a way that is helpful, not bothersome. I had planned to do this all alone and am very glad I chose to use his service. Garrett has superb customer service skills in a world that is often lacking in them. Keep up the good work, Garrett! Many people, including me, appreciate you.

My interaction with Bradley and the insurance options was better than the service I usually receive elsewhere. They were quite patient and approachable. It truly feels like they care. In these unpredictable times, it's reassuring to see genuine concern. Now, I have a bit more flexibility and can choose healthier food. Instead of cheap meals with uncertain ingredients. Haha. Really positive experience. Much appreciated. Bradley should get a pay rise.

Jason was a lifesaver!

Jason was a lifesaver! I’ve spent a lot of time worrying about Medicare and the different choices, especially with my husband’s retirement around the corner, but Jason really took the time to explain everything to me and helped calm my nerves. Definitely recommend! Trying to figure everything out alone is almost impossible now! One call and all my questions were cleared up, so I can finally stop worrying about it!

The guy who helped me was amazing!

The guy who helped me was amazing! He looked into things and saved me over $450.00/month on just ONE medication (RYBELSUS 15mg), PLUS he got me $2,000.00 in dental insurance benefits, and $150/quarter in OTC, grocery, utility bill payments, etc... He was cool to deal with and he REALLY knows his stuff VERY WELL! I enjoyed talking with him. He is the most helpful insurance person that I've spoken with in years.
