I noticed a charge from Smart Credit on my credit card. I called them right away for a refund, as I had never signed up for their services and didn’t know who they were. At first, I got a lot of confusion. They gave me a number to call for a refund that didn’t work. When I called again and mentioned recording the call to post online, suddenly the manager appeared and approved my refund. They had my info wrong, including the wrong email and address, and tried to convince me I must have forgotten signing up. I would never forget such a promise. Watch out for them; they seem to be scamming people to get subscribers, then trying to trick you into forgetting. Don’t let them take your money.

However, this never materialized. It's disconcerting that he uses the company's logo while directing customers to use Experian. The company should address this issue promptly as it tarnishes their reputation.
