I placed an order for a nightdress on January 28, 2024. Unfortunately, it didn't fit, prompting me to initiate a return. Despite the company's claim of a 30-day easy return service, the process proved challenging. The absence of a return address on their website necessitated email communication. They proposed a 20% refund and retaining the item, which was unhelpful. After numerous emails, they provided a German return address, contradicting the UK dispatch. The £10.95 return cost and their request for tracking details compounded the frustration. Despite their explanation of processing delays at a warehouse, my refund is still pending. Regrettably, despite their appealing products, I won't be a repeat customer due to these issues.

SILKSILKY is my new favorite place for really nice clothes at a fair price. I bought a silk midi-skirt to wear with a special jacket, and it was much better than I thought it would be. The silk is good quality, lined, and cut so it hangs nicely. It came really quick, too. What makes SILKSILKY stand out is that when I asked about sizing – I’m small but have a big ribcage, so my waist is large, and I wished the skirt had a stretchy band – they not only gave me helpful advice but, when the skirt arrived, they had added a stretchy band just for me!!! I’m so happy and very pleased. They said: “We are always happy to help our customers as much as we can,” and that others might want a similar fit. Don’t think twice about ordering from them. Absolutely lovely and good quality silk. I adore this summer robe. It feels and looks fancy. It is 100% silk. I bought the light pink and the white floral, both amazing. Colors are bright and very lovely. They do not fully cross in the middle but the pink has an inside closure rope to keep it in place. Best to order a larger size than usual if you want a full comfortable closure. What I do miss is a hanging loop. The silk is so delicate that unless you use a hanger all the time you will be hanging it from the collar, not a good idea. Delivery was very quick. Wash it by hand if you want to maintain the shine and softness. There is minimal bleeding of the colors if you wash it in cool water and hang to dry.

I’m happy with the products, the quality is great, the silk feels amazing, and the colors are true to what was shown. I handwashed everything using silk detergent, and it still looks great. We decided to keep two of the three items we bought. So far, only the men's solid black trunks have been worn. They are the most comfortable sleepwear I’ve ever had. The long nightdress was sent back, and the very next day, on January 18th, I got a message confirming the return. It said, 'Please note that it usually takes a little time to process returns and exchanges once the warehouse has given feedback on the returned items.' That was three weeks ago, and I’m still waiting.

The customer service was also helpful when they realized my selection of the fitted sheet and pillowcases wouldn’t be an exact match, and they fixed it before sending the items. Very good! I do wish the pillowcases were a few inches wider for my foam pillow, but they fit just fine, so it's not a big deal. The silk feels great, and I’ll likely buy again.

Luckily, a neighbor saw my name and brought the package back to me, so no replacement was needed. Still, their willingness to assist was greatly valued.

I purchased 3 camisoles to use as a layer beneath my blouse/shirt. I do this to stay cozy in air conditioning and for added warmth in winter. Since many people wear these camisoles during the day, perhaps a redesign would be useful. I would prefer a style that removes the double layer at the top.
