I'm quite content with the staff at Moment. I acquired the x100v in February of 2023, and although there was a considerable wait for its delivery, my intermittent inquiries about the status were consistently met with supportive, professional, and prompt responses. The customer service made the waiting period feel reassuring. Later on, the x100vi was released, and I regretted not waiting for that model. However, to my surprise, I received an email notifying me that Moment had upgraded my camera for free and even provided a complimentary class to help me master its use. Moment, I appreciate your generosity. Thank you for the unexpected upgrade and the learning opportunity. I value your service and intend to continue purchasing from you in the future. ♥️
