The casters appear decent in terms

The casters appear decent in terms of quality. I haven't placed the chair on the floor to confirm the wood-friendly claim. I've attached them to the chair, but I had to use some thin wood as shims to make the casters fit into the worn holes in the chair base. My main issue is with the sockets – they're made of thin material and seem quite flimsy. They're doing the job for now, but they feel like the bare minimum in terms of quality.

Good service when I needed help confirming I was getting the right item. Both of my orders were sent out the day after I ordered and arrived correct. I'm honestly bummed I don’t have any more casters to change, so I won't be ordering again until I get another tool or bench to move.

Arrived without any issues. Had exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable price. Can't speak highly about the way the postal service managed it. Covered 4,000 miles instead of the expected 1,200. That was quite absurd!

1/2 the price of an equivalent spec caster from McMaster. Only took a day or 2 to arrive. Shipping was also significantly less than some other caster site (don't remember which one).

The casters are great, what used to be a tough-to-move tool chest now slides easily with just one finger anywhere I need it to go.

This company's pretty good.

This company's pretty good. I got 4 sets of caster wheels, but messed up on the mount size. Had to send 'em back. The wheels seem real sturdy and better than other brands. Price's lower too. Customer service helped me quick with the return. I'd tell others about it.
