I swapped to their customer service on Monday. Can anyone ever pick up your hotline? Not wowed by a financial company that can't manage to pick up the phone.

Regarding Schwab International.

Regarding Schwab International. Setting up an account from Colombia was quite a challenge. After getting it done, I needed to reset my password but forgot it. The sole way to recover it is by receiving a text on your phone, but I didn't get any messages while abroad. Moreover, their phone support only speaks English, which made it tough to spell my Colombian surname correctly or get an account number they didn't email, so I had to check only on their site. Overall, recovering my password was impossible; I don't get why they complicate something that should be simple.

Schwab has let loyal customers down.

Schwab has let loyal customers down. I've been with Schwab for years, and used Street Smart Edge as an active trader. It was user-friendly, but now I’m stuck with buggy software that's practically useless. The level 2 data only gives a bid and ask without showing true depth or accurate sizes. The T&S feature doesn't function properly and misses critical news, filings, and reverse split data. Overall, it's a mess, so I’m taking my business elsewhere. Thanks but no thanks, I’m done with this broker.

I contacted this company as a newcomer interested in stocks. At first, no one picked up, and when they finally did, they didn't understand stocks. They told me to go home and find another place for my business.

I've been with Schwab for 25 years but

I've been with Schwab for 25 years but I'm closing my account today. Thinkorswim, their new trading site, is terrible. Last week, it cost me $2,000 on 2 trades. Their cash balance rates are awful too!
