Thru mah wok wit dis company, I found sum gud folks t'work wit. But da bosses, dey ain't dat helpful. Da vibe ain't gud coz uv dat. Da team suffers coz da boss don't give much help. It's hard wit dis mix uv gud n bad vibes.

While I've had the opportunity to connect with supportive colleagues, the overall work environment is marred by a harsh management style and toxicity. Unfortunately, direct supervisors offer little to no support, creating a challenging atmosphere for the team. While there are positives to be found in the form of supportive peers, the negative aspects significantly detract from the overall experience.
