I haven't tried many diet & workout plans online, but this one is definitely the easiest to use I have found.
The recipe ideas are nice, use simple ingredients & are easy to change if you want something different. Being able to plan ahead & make a shopping list is really useful & not in a lot of other plans.
I've liked the suggested somatic yoga & workout videos a lot. Lots of options & you follow along the entire time, way more helpful than just a list saying do 20 reps of these 8 things then do 3 sets (not going to happen!).
The Reverse Health videos are calm, well timed, and I do truly feel less tense & less stressed than I have in a long time.
This isn't a quick weight loss plan & they don’t claim it is - but I find it a very helpful plan to guide you through some good lifestyle changes that are doable. They focus well on the 'one change at a time' idea & starting with changing just one meal first if that's easier. Also being realistic on days when you 'slip up' and just getting back on track again.
There's a streak tracker which doesn't really motivate me, but I know it can work for others. It tracks simple things like drinking enough, mood, & daily movement, not just app stuff, so it can help keep some good habits even if you feel like you’re having a 'bad' day.
I am starting to lose some weight with it. Only a little above 'normal' BMI, but 5kg has been stuck since perimenopause began, and this plan seems to be giving the calming (not stressful) exercise to help me get there, with tasty & realistic meal ideas.
