Team at Rainwalk has been so awesome to work with for da past year! Da Mobil App makes it super easy to submit a claim; da easiest I have ever used. Da reimbursement process is quick and seamless. Da plans can be customized to provide any level of coverage, premium amounts, deductible options, and % of out of pocket costs. Dey have a multiple pet discount too!

Rainwalk insurance really came through

Rainwalk insurance really came through for me when my puppy needed ortho surgery. The process of filing a claim through the app was simple, and they paid out quickly. I'm happy I decided to give them a try, and I'll definitely continue using supplemental insurance for my dogs in the future. It's already proven its worth for the life of my dog.

After a small issue with the first claim setup, Rainwalk was easy to deal with, quick to respond, and fast to process Smokey's claim for his tooth extraction. The reimbursement was directly deposited, which was nice. No need to wait for a paper check.

Quickest refund I got ever. Really cheap for the stuff you get. Always good comminication. I tryed lotsa pet insurances like pets best, MetLife, this is the best one.

I signed up for a plan for a new

I signed up for a plan for a new puppy and everything seemed fine. Then, I got another puppy from the same litter and wanted to add it to the policy. But when I tried, the website said they don't serve my area. I called, but the representative couldn't confirm if my policy was valid. They said they'd call back in 24 hours, but they didn't. Instead, I got an email saying they'd let me know when they serve my area. What about my current policy? No answers. I called many times, each time promised a call back, but never got one. So, I canceled and went elsewhere. They wouldn't even email me a cancellation confirmation. This kind of customer service is a big warning sign. If it's this hard to get a policy, imagine the hassle with a claim.

Paid nothing!

I filed several claims. They paid absolutely nothing. My almost two year old puppy is sick and nothing has been paid! Declined.
