    Pronto Insurance keeps sneaking strangers onto my policy without asking, and if I don't pay for them, they threaten to cancel my coverage. They're even sending scary texts and emails. I don't know these people at all, and it's totally unsafe to share personal info like that. They don't know me from Adam—I could be anyone, even a hacker! What kind of business pulls stunts like this? I bet the Texas Department of Insurance will have a field day with my complaint.

    Pronto insurance seems to be aiming to cheat you. They mistakenly used the wrong card information, resulting in my policy being canceled before it even began.
