Progressive really disappointed me.
Progressive really disappointed me. Our insurance for two cars costs $140 monthly. Never made a claim in six years. Then, a cracked windshield, and they want $500 to fix it. Safelite quoted $750. Progressive's share? Just $250. Total scam! Canceling!

My daughter got hit by a guy driving a 2020 Tesla. Progressive, without checking things properly, said both drivers were at fault. The Tesla has a camera, which could have helped. As a new driver, her rates will likely skyrocket soon. When I asked if that would happen, the customer rep just said they “don’t know.” If they invested more in proper accident investigations and less in silly commercials, they might actually assist their clients when they need help. It’s a real waste of money.

Less than one star.
Less than one star. These con artists tried to charge me in Aug 2024 for back payments from March 2024 after I extended my policy for 6 months. I moved in Dec and told them on Dec 27, 2023. They claim they don’t know why my move wasn’t recorded and why I wasn’t billed, but now I need to pay. That’s not how billing should work. They failed to update my address when I extended my policy, and now they want a full payment. I’ll be contacting lawyers who handle insurance cases.

My experience with this insurance company has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Without my consent, they added someone to my policy, resulting in increased costs. Despite my objections, they proceeded and now I'm dealing with collections calls. It's unacceptable to manipulate policies and impose financial burdens on customers without their approval. I strongly advise against choosing this company for your insurance needs.

I was rear-ended by one of their insured drivers. She swerved into my lane and damaged my car. It's been 3 months, and no one has compensated for my car, and I haven't received any updates from them.
