I am extremely disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with the company. Not only did I not receive the seat grade I paid for, but also encountered issues with the Paylater website. Despite completing my payment early to secure my e-ticket and make final arrangements with the airline, the website keeps adding extra payments to my account, preventing me from obtaining my e-ticket. This is the worst experience I've ever had. It's my last opportunity to visit my family in Europe and to bury my mother's ashes in her homeland of Germany. Losing this money means I'll never be able to fulfill these important wishes, and I'll lose the chance to see my family again. It's truly heartbreaking.

I was unaware that, despite making the down payment and initiating weekly payments, my flight could be abruptly canceled without any apparent justification. To add to the frustration, not only was my flight canceled, but I wasn't offered any alternative options. Interestingly, when I checked the airline's website, I noticed that nearly all seats were still available on the same flight. Consequently, I had to purchase a new ticket as the flight was crucial for my business purposes. Given this experience, I have decided not to consider booking with this company in the future.

Moreover, the customer support had me waiting on hold for an extensive 45 minutes, a situation that left me quite frustrated. It's disheartening that my time was not valued, and I find myself dissatisfied with the overall encounter.

This was my first time using Pay Later for flight tickets. The option to spread out payments over a few months made it much easier for my finances. I finished paying for my tickets about 25 days before the trip. It was a Saturday around 8pm when I made the final payment. By the time I woke up on Sunday, I had my confirmation information. They mentioned on their website it would take 24 to 48 hours, but it was much faster. I had to contact them once to approve a small change in my itinerary, which the airline had sent them. They were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

It cost no more than $100 more per ticket than booking via the airline which is minimal for what I got from the service. The call centre staff are prompt friendly and delightful to speak to.
