I like the Live Chat. Getting quick pet care advice is great. The vet asked questions and gave advice. It's good they asked if I had more concerns. Only issue: no notification when my turn was next.

Pawp is so great! Their insurance is really helpful. Last time I needed it, they paid my vet bill right away, even before I left the vet's office. They're like a pet owner's lifesaver!

Amazing, supportive service. I did the emergency fund. I used it today, and even though it's a one and done it's given me peace of mind. My elderly cat is upon the Rainbow bridge but this really helped.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. If you value your pet, AVOID THEM. They won't cover any urgent situations unless your pet is almost dying. My dog suffered a severe injury, and they refused to help, claiming it wasn't serious enough. Look into Lemonade or Nationwide instead. Pawp, if you're reading this, you should be ASHAMED. Don't bother apologizing or suggesting to contact customer service – you're just a bunch of SCAMMERS!

So, I think I mistakenly joined with T-Mobile. Never tried the service and got charged $99 for nothing at all. They won't give back the money or assist at all. I was emailing Benjamin who wasn't helpful. This is a scamm, I'd steer clear. I don't usually write bad reviews but if I think it'll help someone, and this will. Such bad business and care for customers!

I spent $99 on a yearly subscription. After trying it a few times, I wasn't satisfied with the service. I called to cancel within days, but they refused to refund me. They don't back their product. They sent me a standard answer, not standing by their product. Be a good company and refund subscriptions if customers don't want them.

I had to rush my German shepherd

I had to rush my German shepherd to the emergency room, and Pawp, the company I got pet insurance from, told me to do so. I bought this insurance for when we travel, but when I tried to get reimbursed for the ER visit, it was a hassle. They said I didn't follow the vet's recommendations because I didn't leave my dog overnight, but I didn't feel comfortable leaving her in a strange city. Dealing with Pawp was difficult, so I suggest finding another pet insurance company.

Avoid Pawp at all costs. I got a cute little mixed Pom and thought Pawp would help if anything happened. But when my pup, Chucky, hurt his leg at the park, Pawp tried every excuse not to cover him. I paid for insurance for these exact accidents, so now I'm stuck fighting to get Chucky's medical bills reimbursed, wasting weeks with their reps. Check out Nationwide instead. My parents use them and never had a problem.

This company is a complete rip-off...

they got me involved years ago when they used to cover vet bills right away, but then they switched their policy and made it hard for me to get any refund. Avoid this one! You’ll lose your money and it will be hard to find another provider if your pet has any health issues since they’re considered pre-existing.

Pawp does not provide a phone number for help. I ended my membership, but was charged the next day for a full year. Now, I can't reach Pawp to get back my $99 dollers.
