    When I first signed up with

    When I first signed up with Branch, I wasn't sure how things would go if I had an accident or needed help. But recently, I was in a car accident, and Branch handled everything quickly. Unlike other insurance companies that make you wait, Branch was different. Every time I called, they answered right away. I have to mention James Duncan—he's amazing. He's so friendly and helpful. Whenever I called with a problem, he would find out and get back to me within 20 minutes, or by the end of the day at the latest. He really made me feel supported and guided me through everything. James is a big reason why I'll stick with Branch. I hope I don't have another accident, but if I do, I hope I get James again!

    The auto claim handling by Branch is quick

    The auto claim handling by Branch is quick, efficient, and clear. The adjustor and the Total loss team were always easy to reach by phone and text, and they finished everything in 2 weeks (most of the delay was the body shop taking time to check the damage).
