My parked car got hit, and the driver didn't stop. NJM acted fast, helped me find a good repair shop, and made the process smooth for quotes and payments. They also talked with the other adjuster to get my deposit back. My NJM agent was very helpfull and stayed in touch the whole way.

NJM repaired my car after a rear-end collision. The agent kept in touch with me from the estimate to the finish. They updated me on my claim and acted quickly, even refunding my deductible. The agent was great!

I needed to file a claim after an accident that was not my fault, and NJM responded fast to help fix my car and get back my money from the other insurance company plus my deductible. They were really helpful.
