I’ve been using MultiCharts for my personal trading and PowerLanguage

I’ve been using MultiCharts for my personal trading and PowerLanguage programming since 2012. I’ve reached out to their support multiple times and most of the time, they’ve been helpful. I usually stay one version behind because I prefer using stable releases (I’m a bit cautious and don’t like using the newest version until it’s been out for a while). I have clients who use MultiCharts64 for automatic trading with a portfolio of markets and strategies through CQG web API, and they’re satisfied with the platform. I do wish they had a Dark Theme version, but I understand that they prioritize platform stability.

I have been using MultiCharts for my trading and PowerLanguage programming needs since 2012. I've reached out to their support several times, and the help I received was decent. I usually stick with an older version and find the stable releases to be reliable (I prefer to wait at least a year before switching to the newest version). My clients who use MultiCharts64 to trade various markets and strategies via CQG web API are satisfied with the platform. I do wish they offered a Dark Theme option, but I understand that their main focus is on keeping the platform stable.

This company, especially for those keen

This company, especially for those keen on getting into auto-trading, is really great. MultiCharts works well with a lot of data providers.I found it very simple to set this up

Be careful, the billing team doesn't respond.

Be careful, the billing team doesn't respond. Once they get your money, they don't help. I've been asking for a solution for over two months. I paid for a quarterly subscription a few months ago after the free trial ended. I contacted MultiCharts and MyCommerce with a problem: I need to change my company details on the invoice, which should be easy, but they haven't responded to my requests for help. My experience with this company has been unprofessional and disappointing. They keep directing me to different departments or ignoring me. I'm glad to be canceling my subscription.

This website have some problems. It wasn't perfect. There are some issues with it. They need to work on it. It didn't meet my hopes.
