Our company spent $500/week on "active leads." Our sales team received texts and emails with "leads," but not once did a real customer answer the phone. I reached out to our account representative four times via email, asking for a call to discuss our contract, but he never returned my call. Out of disapointment, I decided to cancel our account. I also contacted their customer service for more details on our contract and how their system functions, but they just replied (still no call) that I could get "a customer on the phone every time," for more fees. Overall, the poor communication from our rep was a big turn off. I would not recommend this company; they do not support or respond when you need it.
