Fiya did a good job with folowing up about when my prescription would be called in. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because of the delay in calling it in, which is common with pharmacies needing to order it first. But that's not on Fiya. Still a good and helpful service.

Medvidi did everything they could to support

Medvidi did everything they could to support me with my mental health and get me my medication during the national shortage. They checked in with me many times and kept in touch to ensure I got the best care I could. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my mental health.

In my opinion, MEDvidi has been quite helpful in taking care of my health for nearly a year. The doctor I see remains consistent, and setting up appointments is easy. At first, I had doubts, but the improvements in my health have been surprising.

Worth it

MEDvidi might be pricey, but it's been a real lifesaver due to the nationwide Rx shortages. The customer service is great - Bella Storm has been a total gem. You should keep her around!

I got an appointment within 24 hours

I got an appointment within 24 hours and got my meds, but it took 6 days. After reading so many bad reviews I was stressed the entire time. I had the appointment at 8 pm and the next day, my pharmacy still hadn’t received my prescription. I reached out to customer service and they advised that there is some internal policy that requires them to hold the prescription for 24 hours after the appointment which I found sketchy but whatever. Then after 3 days the pharmacy received the prescription but of course, because the prescriber was over 50 miles from me, the pharmacy flagged it and would not fill it until the spoke to the doctor. That added an additional 3 days but it was the weekend so whatever. They did respond to me every time I reached out, even though 75% of the time the answers were vague and unhelpful. The service is legit and that’s what matters. Now that I understand the process, I’ll definitely use them again in the future.

I've been using this teledoc service a while now, and honestly, many providers just rush through appointments without much care. Always felt like just another number. But then I met Dr. Michael Chichak. This guy actually took the time to listen and showed real compassion, which is rare. I'm not looking for meds, but some docs treated me like I was. Dr. Chichak made me feel like a normal person and helped me make the right choices for my health. Can't wait for my next visit with him. If you find a good provider here, stick with them.
