They use exaggerated condition assessments, even though I selected the option acknowledging some wear on my device. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. Dealing with this service ended up being a hassle, as I had to choose between accepting the lower offer or trying to get my device back from them. This experience left me dissatisfied and wary of their practices.

    Bought an iPhone 16 Pro

    Bought an iPhone 16 Pro 512GB on Jan 31, 2025, from ITSWORTHMORE on eBay for $1,356.79. Supposed to be new and unlocked, but it arrived used and locked to a carrier. Seller didn’t respond for six days before sending a return label. Sent the phone back, and it was delivered and signed for, but now I'm getting the runaround for my refund. Every time I reach out, they tell me to wait a few more days. It’s been over a week, and it feels like they're just stalling. This whole process is super frustrating. Just want my money back. Won’t consider buying from them again until this is resolved.

    Really disappointed

    I sent my Galaxy S21+ to them, it was in perfect shape, always kept it in a case with a screen protector. They said the back glass was cracked and needed replacing. I packed it carefully in soft foam and a sturdy box, so it couldn't have been damaged in transit. Feels like they're just trying to scam me with a lowball offer. Not cool at all, really disappointed with their service.

    Refurbished = Stolen (or lost) at ItsWorthMore

    On 07 May 2025 I purchased a refurbished S24 Ultra, which is now irrevocably locked as it "has been reported stolen or lost." Now I have a brick instead of a phone (but I saved some money?). And "customer service" does not work on weekends (is that service?).
