Pretty smooth but room for improvement
I recently had to send my phone in for repairs, and let me tell you, it was quite the journey. The best part was how easy they made the shipping process. They emailed me the label, so all I needed was to get a box, pay for it, and ship it off. Throughout the process, they kept me updated on where my phone was, and when it reached their facility. It was a nice touch that made me feel more at ease. However, I did feel like the website could’ve been more helpful, especially with some kind of login feature to track everything. Also, I hoped for a bit more value for my phone. Overall, pretty smooth but room for improvement.
