There are plenty of stores nearby for everyday needs, along with a variety of restaurants and cafés. The public transport connections are excellent: U-Bahn line 6 is only 3 minutes away, lines 1 and 3 are just 5 minutes away, and line 7 is a 10-minute walk. A bus stop is also only 1 minute from the apartment. It's only one station from the famous Checkpoint Charlie, or a 15-minute walk, in an area full of shops and entertainment options. The apartment The apartment is cozy and well-designed. It has a spacious living area, a separate kitchen, a small balcony ideal for relaxation, and a wonderful view. The apartment is completely renovated, everything looks almost new. The building also has two elevators, which is very convenient for everyday life.
