Nick Martin was helpful in staying in touch and providing assistance. However, the company itself left much to be desired. I wound up spending more on a flight compared to booking directly with airlines. I'm not inclined to use their services again.

The flights I wanted weren't available at the price they said. The person helping me was nice but couldn't fix the price. I had to pay double what I was told, even though they kept advertising the lower price for another week. Staff nice, policies not so good.

I would rate them a 0 if I could. This is a total fraud company!! They are NOT based in the US. When it seems to be too good to be true, it is!!! I found flights on this site for almost 1/2 the price then with the airlines. When I went to book my flight with United Airlines (and gave them my cc info), I got a phone call stating that United no longer had “basic economy” seats, but had main cabin seats for $200 more a ticket. I said that I did not want to pay that much. She then proceeded to say that she found a flight with AA that was only a little more expensive. I agreed to the flight with AA. After booking I get an email stating that I would not get a confirmation email from the airline until February 3rd- 11th. My flight was leaving on February 12!!!! I reached out and questioned how I was to choose my seat if I did not have a confirmation #. She gave me a BS answer. I then started to get weary about this whole thing. I started googling about this company and found sooooo many complaints of people’s flights being “so called”cancelled right before their departure, or finding out the flight was never booked! It was brought to my attention that they take your money without actually booking the flight, then they fish around for a flight for that price!! This is why you don’t get a confirmation from an airline until much later! I contacted the lady immediately and told her to cancel my flights and refund my $. Was told I would be refunded within 7 business days, and still nothing!!! To top it off, the next day United airlines tried to charge me $2004 for the original flight I said I did not want!!! They also flood all the “review sites” with fake reviews!! I so wish I would have researched them before! Do NOT book with this FAKE agency!! 🤬

I've been ripped off!!!!

Started out with false advertising. I purchased airfare to Los Cabos at a rate they advertised online only to get a call from Robbin Smith to tell me that my purchase was not confirmed and that they didn't have any tickets for that price and I would have to pay an additional 110.00 per ticket for it to be confirmed and that it would take a couple of weeks to get confirmation. I sent an email back and said if I couldn't get confirmation any quicker than that I wanted to cancel the transaction. I got a confirmation number for Areomexico, but could get no info using that confirmation number. Finally I get a confirmation number for Delta Airlines which offered an itinerary. So I stuck with the purchase and all was well until we went to check in for our return flight. Tryed to check in on line could not get it accomplished. Went to a kioska at the airport still no luck checking in. Went to the Delta ticket counter and startrd the check in process there. After a couple of minutes of the agent typing he asked if we had changed our itinerary. I replied we had not. He could see that we had purchased round trip tickets, but the system wouldn't let him print a boarding pass. 3 additional ticket agents got involved and after 1 1/2 hours of standing there and boarding time was approaching they said the only thing they could do is sell us one way tickets for our flight. Those tickets were $899.02. So we get back home and I start trying to get a refund for the one way tickets I had to buy. After a week of promised investigation and return calls I'm thoroughly pissed off. Don't trust this on line scam outfit and don't believe the glowing 5 star reviews. I hope this saves someone the aggravation I'm going through and the lost money.

SCAM ALERT!!!

I was looking for good deals from Los Angeles to New York in Dec '24. This site came up. I booked 3 tickets for $712. They called me back immediately stating those deals were gone and pitched replacements with higher price. Eventually, we agreed on 3 tickets for $785. I booked my hotel in New York for 6 days. I got confirmation of my tickets from American Airlines in Feb '25. I continued to verify my round-trip flights directly with American Airlines up to Mar 13th, a day before my trip, which AA confirmed were there. We came to LAX on Mar 14th to find out from American Airlines our tickets were catch-flight from British Airway (?) and our names were canceled! We called Hotflightdeals.com and they just said they overbooked and would give us full refund. Then I received an email from a Patrick Hall casually wish me well, blamed American Airlines for not confirming reservation and promised full refund within 10 business days! How is it not a scam if they took your money, didn't deliver the promised services/products?I HOPE I CAN SAVE SOMEONE FROM THESE SCAMMERS BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE. I DON'T BELIEVE IN THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ONE BIT. THOSE ARE ONE OF THEIR OWN WRITTEN TO FOOL PEOPLE LIKE ME! Buy your tickets directly from the airlines.

Scammers

On Jan 28 booked and credit card was charged for 2 air tickets. This company never send me a real booking confirmation. They only gave some kind of internal booking id so I can check the status with them not with the airline. On March 6 I got and email saying that the airline canceled my booking and that they will issue a refund on my credit card in 15 days which it’s sounds ridiculous to me since they charged my credit card right away in full. After many phone calls, emotional distress and frustration I decided to contact my credit card to file a dispute against them. Of course the called me threatening me that my refund will be delayed because of that. Finally after 2 months and thanks to my credit card company I got the refund and I decided to write a review on this SCAM company. DO NOT BUY tickets here.

Never got tickets or money back

I bought 2 round trip tickets on Jan 31, 2025. Was supposed to get my tickets by march 1 as email stated. I started emailing, told me they needed 1 now week. Match 7 i started calling, they always need another week. After 6 weeks and 1 week before i was supposed to fly out i cancelled them. I was told i would get my refund back in 10-15 business days on April 10. It is now June 12 and i call again. What a suprise they said my booking number isn't something they use. When i say its on the emails u sent.. i get put on hold. He comes back and tells me they show it being refunded and i need to dispute with my bank...SCAM DON'T USE!!! I had to buy new tickets went straight through the airline. Never again..

No trust

Bought 2 AA tickets in January for April trip. Was told the airline company won’t issue tickets till 3 weeks prior to departure. End of March, called them for my tickets, kept telling me airline delay for a week. After a few calls, on April 3, called them to cancel my booking. They sent me an email stating, my refund should be in my credit card account 7-10 business days. Till today, over a month later, they still haven’t refunded me yet! This company definitely can not be trusted to do business with! During this time, I discovered two unauthorized transactions for airline tickets charged to my credit card.

Never again

Bought round trip 2 months early to get a great deal. They Tried to increase price more than double a few days before the flight. After numerous calls and arguments, Finally agreed to drive 1 1/2 hours to different city to get flight at original price. After numerous phone calls, Didn’t get return flight boarding pass until night before. Arrived at airport to be told ticket was cancelled that morning. Cost me FIVE TIMES THE PRICE to get the flight.

Can not trust

Didn’t receive airline ticket/confirmation at all since our booking 3 months ago. 2 weeks prior to our departure, I decided to cancel this reservation. They sent me an email stating their refund to me will appear in my credit card account 7-10 business days. Till today, a month from my cancellation, after many many phone calls and emails, I still do not have my refund in my credit card account. The person I have dealt with can not be trusted!!

Hot Flight Deals is a SCAM!!!

Do NOT give them your credit card info. They low ball airfares to bait you, then take your credit card info and never validate the airfare. I froze my credit card and I get about three voice messages a day from a guy w/ an Indian accent following up on my reservation. If legit, would someone be that persistent calling for a $250 fake airfare? SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

Following my complete payment for flight tickets, my experience with the company took an unfortunate turn. The agent, Leo, inundated me with harassing emails, insisting on an extra $140 via PayPal or Zelle, under threat of canceling my reservations. This unexpected and unwarranted demand marred an otherwise straightforward transaction.

The boarding process was

The boarding process was confusing. Lots of folks didn't know how to get in line without assistance from the staff in San Francisco. The employees seemed overwhelmed trying to help everyone. I won't be flying Frontier Airlines again. I think I should get some compensation for both flights being delayed by 2 to 3 hours.

The travel agent assured me

The travel agent assured me baggage was covered, yet we were charged for both journeys. Deceptive information is unacceptable, and it erodes trust.
