My GoTrax hoverboard stopped working

My GoTrax hoverboard stopped working, and it was under a year old. I had the WM protection plan, but they told me I needed to contact the manufacturer since it was still within the one-year mark. I thought, oh no, this will be a hassle. But to my surprise, the team quickly replied to my email and, after I sent in the required documents and videos, they sent me a brand new hoverboard without any issues. Great customer service.

Great customer service. A piece broke from my scooter's arm, and customer service helped me find the right part. They sent a replacement at no cost under the first-year warranty. Scooter runs great. Highly recomend Gotrax.

I had a problem with my motr wheel, I saw on the site all stuffs have 2 year warrantee. It was easy to email GoTrax. They answered fast and sent my parts for free in few hours.

I recently bought the G7 scooter

I recently bought the G7 scooter, but FedEx delivered the scooter in a damaged box with some unfortunate damage to the scooter. GOTRAX customer service was very helpful at getting the scooter exchanged for a new replacement.

DO NOT BUY - LEMONS!

We have owned a couple GoTrax scooters but I will never buy from them again. First one was a Christmas present, (Scout model) and it gave us problems all the time. Was under warranty so they were helpful at first. It took a lot of communication with them. Kind of painful. I had to constantly follow up. Company was cool (at first) and sent out a "replacement" scooter which was the next level up because they didn't have the original in stock. This was the GKS Lumious model. Well.....they sent a lemon! Thing lasted for 3 weeks and would not stop beeping and they could not tell me "why" or even help because I was out of the warranty period at this point. It was literally brand new/from a box but when we received it, but we didn't open it right away becasuse it was a levl up and my kiddo was not big enough for the next level up. When we finally did open and assemble, like I said it lasted for 3 weeks. Not a charger issue as far as I know because I tried 2 different GoTrax scooter chargers and it was on green/fully charged, and charger and scooter did work fine for a couple of weeks. But one night after a ride, it just never stopped beeping and would not move. No other troubleshooting we could do for this model, that I could find online or in manual, it doesn't have a reset code or anything. They are junk in my honest opinion. Beware! Read the reviews of all the folks saying the same. It's kind of funny (really sad actually) people still buy from them. I am convinced 7th grade boys are running the customer service show over there. Yes, they are that bad!

my experience with Gotrax

my experience with Gotrax was a major letdown. I ordered two bikes and one of them arrived all banged up. I was expecting some quick and easy customer service, but nope, they told me to file a warranty claim. Fine, I did, and then they told me to call customer service. Okay, so I called, and guess what? They told me to email tech support. So I did, and after waiting for what felt like forever, I finally got a response. But it wasn't a helpful one. They basically said they'll get back to me...and then two whole months went by with absolutely no help or assistance from Gotrax.

I purchased one of these

I purchased one of these scooters for my son, but it quickly encountered a problem where the console broke, leaving the light on constantly. I reached out for a replacement, and they sent me a used console, which worked for a few months. Unfortunately, that replacement console also broke. Despite my numerous emails to their support email address, the company has completely ignored my requests for a replacement, even though the scooter is still under warranty. I strongly advise against buying these scooters or dealing with this company.

customer service is seriously the worst.

Their customer service is seriously the worst. They act like they're not even part of the same company as the other branches. Like what even is that? I've been waiting for my refund for like, FOREVER. It's been almost 3 freaking months and I still haven't gotten it. And the reason I wanted a refund in the first place is because they didn't even have the color I wanted in stock, even though it said they did on their stupid website. Are you kidding me?

Gotrax scooters' customer service

Gotrax scooters' customer service is a big letdown. Since February 2024, I've been dealing with a faulty scooter. We agreed on a replacement after I sent in a video. However, they've been avoiding their commitment. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, they keep sending the same useless information. They claimed they would ship a replacement over a month ago, but I've heard nothing since. I won't be buying from Gotrax again.
