    They are not good.

    They are not good. They restricted my account and stopped answering my emails. Honestly, there is no reason for them to do so. My account is worth $30k, I am planning to file a case against them in court. Their customer service is very bad, I wouldn't advise anyone to use them for cryptocurrency.

    I set up my account in Monroe, NJ, at my sister's place. My identity was confirmed as a New York City resident using my driver’s license. A 72-hour hold was placed on my account. My wire transfer went through fine. Changing USD to crypto was smooth. However, when I tried to send the cryptocurrency, the account got blocked. Now, my account is locked because a scammer tried to lift the block, which I ignored. I’ve been dealing with online support without any luck. My funds are locked.

    They were slow and not very useful when I needed help confirming the small deposit test (it took over 7 days just to check if it was done properly, and they told me the day before that it wasn’t), the instructions were confusing, they liquidated 2.43792778 ZEC, and I only got back 0.23 USD. Hilarious, Gemini is a joke!

    Avoid Gemini trading at all costs. They took my money after I had a verified account. But when I tried to withdraw, they told me I had to pay an extra 500 to verify my account again before I could take out my 6000usd! Absolute rubish.
