My experience with the company was good

My experience with the company was good because applying was easy. However, they should change their rule about needing voided checks. Lots of businesses don't use them anymore. We do everything online now, so they should update their requirements to match what customers actually use. I just sent a screenshot of my online business account instead.

Very supportive, honest & not forceful. They were very calm, I felt like they wanted to ensure it was the right choice for me. It seemed like some of the other places I spoke to just wanted to make the sale regardless of whether I could aford it.
