The product arrived frozen with dry ice
The product arrived frozen with dry ice, ensuring it stayed cold. Packaging is great. I deducted 2 stars because I was informed an hour after the delivery that it had arrived. A timely notification is important for deliveries like this.

I was informed ahead of time about the package's arrival, so I kept an eye out. It came in decent condition, but it was shipped frozen and arrived a bit thawed. I refroze them right away. I opened the door just as the delivery person left, so I collected the package quickly. With the daily high temperatures, I understand it can be tough. It would have been a 5-star review if they had stayed frozen. (Packed in dry ice.) Plastic bubble wrap was also used, which might have contributed to the thawing problem.

Got a paella first time, liked it so I ordered again after a few days but they added almost a pound more to the price. They believe many buyers have checked enough to form their own view about it.

The online ordering system promised the product would ship in a day but 4 days later after I inquired a label was finally printed. The product will arrive two days later than the maximum time promised online. No apologies were given- but this was clearly not the fault of the shipping company. Food Services Direct just didn't attend to the order in a timely manner. I think they have good intentions, but either are understaffed or disorganized.

I purchased a $46.00, 13-inch pizza pan, and my experience was disappointing. The pan proved to be thin and prone to scratching. Additionally, the pizzas consistently had undercooked bottoms, falling short of the quality found in pizza shops. The overall disappointment was evident upon unboxing, revealing a shiny yet flimsy pan.

This company is difficult to work with.
This company is difficult to work with. I bought a product, and it didn’t show up. It was sent back to their warehouse, but they only gave me a $50 credit instead of the $120 I paid, including shipping. I still haven’t gotten my money back. Stay away from this place.

Stay Away at All Cost!
Awful first experience followed by more issues. First, I placed an order for a type of yogurt that I can no longer find in my area. The way the items were packaged allowed for the yogurt to move in transit and 2 of the 6 containers spilled all over the place. Additionally, the order was received on Oct 11th and all containers had an expiration of Oct 16th, which is really not great. So I contacted them via chat and I was told I should be hearing back from them within a business day. This happened on Oct 11th, and by October 16th I had not heard back from them so then I emailed the whole chat transcript to their support group. Meanwhile, I had discovered that I had 2 charges on my account for the same amount (close to $100/charge). After much back and forth they gave me a credit for one of the charges and promised to undo the 2nd charge. But did they? No, I had to follow up again and they finally refunded the 2nd charge. On Dec 15th I decided it was time to use the store credit and be DONE with this company. So I ordered the same darn yogurt but this time around the total exceeded the store credit by less than $1 so I had to add my credit card again. I double and triple checked that the store credit will be applied and then placed the order. I immediately saw an alert from my credit card that the charge was for the full amount so I reached out to the company and asked to have to store credit applied. They responded fairly promptly that it didn't get applied when I placed the order and there is nothing they can do. I immediately asked to have the order cancelled and here we are at the end of the 2nd business day since my reply I haven't heard back. Just now I got a shipping notification. So the saga will continue... My advice, stay away from this darn company. I genuinely cannot wait to be done with them and their unscrupulous ways of doing business. Horrible horrible experience!

Ordered 10lb of breaded shrimp, but got 10lb
Ordered 10lb of breaded shrimp, but got 10lb of very small shrimp, like tiny bait! Too small to use even for pearch. Tried to reach out to them, but got no response! This will definetly be my last order from them. I might even challenge the payment! Tried to upload pictures of the tiny shrimp, but couldn't figure out how. Now they say they’re removing this post because they don't like it!
