What an awesome time! Glad when I phoned Fetch, Amanda Mello picked up! I rang two other pet insurance firms already. They answered and left, no extra questions. Amanda went further, said she could quote over phone, no problem. She did it under 15 minutes for my three dogs, sent multiple quotes, so we found perfect coverage. She was amazing! Answered tough questions too. Absolute delightful experience and a great start with Fetch. So excited to be with a company whose employees truly care!

Fetch pet insurance is a super pet insurance provider. I've had only good experiences since signing up for my cat Sam. Sam's had surgery on his teeth, and required blood work and x-rays. Having fetch pet insurance, I have the peace of mind knowing that Sam can have anything he needs done to help him stay healthy. Claims are always quickly dealt with, and communication is always easy.

I had a really good time dealing with Laura

I had a really good time dealing with Laura Dinh. She helped me a lot. She guided me through everything I needed. I was thinking about quitting Fetch insurance because I didn't have such a good experience with someone else, but Laura was really nice. I changed my mind and I'm sticking with Fetch pet insurance. Thank goodness for pet insurance. Coping with a sick pet is tough, and a big bill makes it worse. Fetch has been a real help. Claims can be slow, but it's fine eventually. I like getting updates during the wait too!

i realy like Fetch's pet insurance. They fair an thorough, never had a problem with them over any claims. They always resolve claims quick and keep me updated on each one, no matter how small or big it is.

I can't believe I have to share

I can't believe I have to share this, but after 10 years with Fetchpet, I've hit a snag. Recently, my car got stolen, along with my wallet, so I had to update my payment info. I did this for both my accounts, including one for my oldest dog, who has his own account. Little did I know, since his account is under my ex's email, all Fetchpet emails were going to spam. So when I tried to make a claim for him, I found out his account was canceled. Shocked, I called Fetchpet immediately. I talked to three different people, but only one promised to escalate the issue, and they never called back. Now they won't reinstate his account, even though he's 11 and struggling with his legs. All I wanted was to give him the physical therapy and swimming he loves. It's disappointing, to say the least. "We care about your pets," they say. Right, sure.
