Despite promptly informing Fan-Shield about our cancellation due to this family emergency, they insisted on specific documentation from my dad's physician, rejecting our plea. The heartless stance became evident when, despite providing text messages and an obituary after my father's passing, they remained unmoved. Fan-Shield's rigid policies make them an unsuitable choice for anyone facing unforeseen, non-same-day emergencies.
